Ich habe ein Update auf Xorg 1.15.0 gemacht und danach funktionierte meine Einstellung der Caps_Lock- als zusätzliche Control-Taste nicht mehr. Ich musste die ~/.Xmodmap anpass um meine gewohnte Konfiguration wiederherzustellen:

keycode 66 = Control_L

clear lock
add Control = Control_L
